Hughlett, commander, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek – Fort Story (JEBLC-FS), second from left, Rear Adm. Cynthia M. Thebaud, commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 2, center, and civilian building managers cut the ribbon during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a renewed unaccompanied personnel barracks for Sailors, soldiers and Marines at Shields Hall. The renewed barracks is the product of a two-year project to improve the well-being of warfighters stationed at JEBLC-FS under Thebaud and Hughlett.
