151201-N-XB010-006 JOINT EXPEDITIONARY BASE LITTLE CREEK – FORT STORY (Dec. 1, 2015) - Chief Fire Controlman James Hayes, chief petty officer of unaccompanied housing in Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek – Fort Story (JEBLC-FS), addresses attendees of a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a renewed unaccompanied personnel barracks for sailors, soldiers and Marines at Shields Hall. The renewed barracks is the product of a two-year project to improve the well-being of warfighters stationed at JEBLC-FS under Rear Adm. Cynthia M. Thebaud, commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 2, and Captain Frank E. Hughlett, commander, JEBLC-FS.
