Trautman, deputy commandant of aviation for the Marine Corps; and Lt. Col. Anthony J. Bianca, commanding officer for Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 261 with MAG-40, discuss the benefits of the large tent-like hangar that was installed and used first by the MV-22 Osprey squadron. This facility will assist the current squadrons during the upcoming months to shield them from the colder temperatures and rain. Additionally, future squadrons will be able to work on aircraft in the structures and be protected from the summer heat and sandstorms.
