(Dec. 10, 2015) - Builder 1st Class David Garcia, from Elko, Nev., assigned to Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1’s training department, observes Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, as they fire a .50-caliber M2 machine gun during a crew-served weapons course. NCG 1 provides training, logistics, and operational support to west coast Seabees as well as all Naval Construction Forces in the Pacific.
