(Dec. 10, 2015) - Builder 1st Class De’Armond Mahn, from Scottville, Mich. and assigned to Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1’s training department, observes Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, as they fire a Mk-19, 40mm Grenade Launcher during a crew-served weapons course. NCG 1 provides training, logistics, and operational support to west coast Seabees as well as all Naval Construction Forces in the Pacific.
