Jan Neutze, Microsoft’s Director of Cybersecurity Policy in Europe, Middle East, and Africa emphasized the importance of public private partnerships in cybersecurity during an address to participants attending the Program for Cyber Security Studies. PCSS is a unique, two-week program on cyber security studies offered once a year at the George C. Marshall European Center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.
