Lt. Gen. Kenneth R. Dahl, the commanding general for the Installation Management Command and native of Peekskill, N.Y., talks about the benefits and his experience during the 2016 U.S. Army All-American Bowl Jan. 7 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel. The U.S. Army All-American Bowl’s sponsorship is a yearlong marketing program that supports Army branding and recruiting by connecting American with its Army, highlighting Army excellence, values and opportunities, and building relationships between high school coaches, band directors, teachers, administrators and Army recruiters. “They understand discipline. They understand focus,” said Dahl. “They share a lot of the values that we have in the Army.” (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Jon Fernandez, 204th Public Affairs Detachment, 99th RSC)
