Erik Spalding, assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines, uses a Hazmat Identification kit to identify chemical compounds during a bomb detection course at the Philippine National Police Regional Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Detection Unit 9 headquarters. Spalding assisted in teaching a two-day course; to increase the PNP's knowledge regarding the chemical make-ups of various Improvised Explosive Devices.
