Spc. Zackary Morgan, of Maricopa, Ariz., Sgt. Halley McCluskey, a Lake Havasu, Ariz., native and Sgt. Prentice Suell, of Gilbert, Ariz., set the chains in preparation to hoist the old engine away from the frame of a Heavy Equipment Transporter vehicle. These three mechanics, from 3666th Maintenance Co., 541st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 96th Sustainment Brigade, 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) are working on Project Phoenix to bring old HET systems up to a fully mission capable status.
