U.S. Coast Guard Reservists Petty Officer 2nd Class Nick F. Ciocca, left, a damage control man from Dorchester, Mass., and Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonah Hewett, a machinery technician from Needham, Mass., inspect engine components aboard a 23-foot Over the Horizon Cutter Boat (OTH-CB) at the Naval Engineering shop at Coast Guard Base Boston, Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016. Both petty officers are members of a Reserve Maintenance Assist Team. The duties of this team include performing preventative maintenance and overhaul on OTH-CBs, which are deployed on 270-foot medium endurance Coast Guard cutters. This boat is attached to Coast Guard Cutter Escanaba, which is home ported in Boston.
