U.S. Army Capt. John Ferrell, Rule of Law attorney for the 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, and Eddie Freyer, a Law Enforcement Professional with MPRI, set up a projector prior to a Forensic Evidence Seminar in Kut, Iraq, Jan. 14. The seminar, conducted by a 30 year FBI veteran, addressed how important forensics evidence is to criminal cases in Iraq, which tends to rely on confessions and eye witnesses.
