Sgt. Campbell, intelligence analyst for 1st Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, wraps the wound of a simulated patient during a mass casualty exercise, at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., Feb. 16. The event occurred during a meeting involving senior leaders, further adding to the difficulty of assessing the situation.
