Cox, the officer in charge of the Combined Joint Civil Military Operations Task Force for exercise Cobra Gold 2016 salute during the unveiling of a multipurpose building at Banradbumrung School, Lop Buri, Thailand, Feb. 17, 2016. The construction at Lop Buri is one of six humanitarian civic action (HCA) sites in which the Thai, U.S. and partner nation militaries worked together on civic programs during Cobra Gold.
