EASTERN COAST OKINAWA (Feb. 21, 2016) – Marines assigned to 3rd Force Reconnaissance, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), aboard a rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) attached to amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42), recover cargo dropped from a United States Air Force C-130. Germantown is assigned to the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (BHRARG) and is participating in a certification exercise (CERTEX) with the embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU).
