Air National Guard Senior Airman Carlos Figueroa, loadmaster assigned to the 198th Air Squadron, Puerto Rico Air National Guard, briefs a group of urban search and rescuers from Puerto Rico at Muniz Air National Guard Base, Carolina Puerto Rico. The urban search and rescue team will be transported to Haiti aboard a 156th Airlift Wing C130-E Hercules assigned to US SOUTHCOM, 35th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron. Local government and federal agencies joined efforts to support the victims of the earthquake in Haiti.
