Lt. Col. Kerry Goodman, a Meridian, Miss., resident and commander of 2nd Battalion, 198th Combined Arms, out of Senatobia, Miss., addresses company safety officers and non-commissioned officers during a recognition ceremony here Jan. 20. The unit had no major accidents or injuries up to this point of its deployment, largely as a result of these safety representatives, said Goodman.
