Operator Constructionman Trae Moliere, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion
(NMCB) 4, unscrews bolts from a beam with Republic of Korea (ROK) Seabees during crane
operations training for exercise Foal Eagle 2016. NMCB 4 and ROK Seabees are training
together at the ROK Engineering School during the exercise. Foal Eagle is an annual, bilateral
training exercise designed to enhance the readiness of U.S. and ROK forces, and their ability to
