Korea (ROK) Seabees place concrete block and move aggregate during exercise Foal Eagle
2016. The Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, and ROK
Seabees are training together at the ROK Engineering School during the exercise. Foal Eagle is
an annual, bilateral training exercise designed to enhance the readiness of U.S. and ROK
