U.S. Soldiers from the 59th Aviation Troop Command, South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG), and elements of the South Carolina Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (SC-HART) participate in a training and certification event, Eastover, S.C., March 9, 2016. SC-HART is a collaborative effort between the State Rescue Task Force (SC-TF1) and the SCARNG. The 59th Aviation Troop Command commits year-round aviation and training support through its subordinate units, F Company 1-171st MED, A Company 1-111th, HHC 2 — 151st SSABN, 59th ATC, and 1-151st ARB.
