U.S. Soldiers from the 59th Aviation Troop Command, South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG), and elements of the S.C. Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (SC-HART) participate in a training and certification event, Eastover, S.C., March 9, 2016. SC-HART is a collaborative effort between the State Rescue Task Force (SC-TF1) and the SCARNG.
