Col. Nicholas Katers, engineer officer assigned to U.S. Army Forces Command, presents Sgt. 1st Class Matthew Torres, operations noncommissioned officer with G-37, U.S. Army Reserve Command, with the Bronze de Fleury Medal at USARC headquarters, Fort Bragg, N.C., March 15, 2016. The Engineer Regiment makes three award levels of the de Fleury Medal. The Bronze medal is presented to an individual who has rendered significant support or service to more than one element of the Engineer Regiment.
