David Conboy, U.S. Army Reserve Command deputy commanding general (Operations), congratulates Sgt. 1st Class Matthew Torres, operations noncommissioned officer with G-37, USARC, after being presented with the Bronze de Fleury Medal at USARC headquarters, Fort Bragg, N.C., March 15, 2016. The Engineer Regiment makes three award levels of the de Fleury Medal. The Bronze medal is presented to an individual who has rendered significant support or service to more than one element of the Engineer Regiment.
