Capt. Julie Brown, veterinarian at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, evaluates a chocolate lab during VETCAP operations held at Ramey Base, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, as part of Operation Coqui. During the VETCAP, team medics were given the opportunity to help vaccinate dogs and received hands on training for use during their future missions in Central America.
