Petty Officer 1st Class Terrell Mathis, boatswain's mate, explains to members of the Santonean Coast Guard aboutsecuring lines during Basic Seamanship training held aboard the guided-missile frigate USS Samuel B. Roberts. The seamanship training was a one day class in which all participants will graduate and receive a Certificate in Basic Seamanship. Samuel B. Roberts is currently deployed in support of Africa Partnership Station West.
