First Sgt. Victor Melendez, of the Wounded Warrior Battalion at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., passes a purple ribbon to Barbara Wilson, of the Department of Defense office of Warrior Care, before a memorial service in honor of Crystal Hamilton, 29, at the Quantico Marine Memorial Chapel. Hamilton was killed Feb. 27 during a domestic dispute in Prince William County. The vigil was officiated by base Chaplain (Commander) Jeff Etheridge.
