    Petty Officer 2nd Class William Poertner examines a small boy who suffered two broken legs during the earthquake, both of which have healed naturally but crooked. Poertner, a firefighter and paramedic with the city of Tampa, Fla., is a reservist assigned to Port Security Unit 307. Members of PSU 307 visited a Haitian orphanage and non-profit charity run Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Paul Cormier, to donate food and lift the spirits of the children.
