A medication disposal take-back receptacle is available at the Hugo V. Mendoza Soldier Family Care Center for beneficiaries to safely deposit unused or expired medicines including controlled substances, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, supplements and pet medicines. The Hugo V. Mendoza Soldier Family Care Center, the largest outpatient clinic on Fort Bliss, Texas, and one of the largest in the Department of Defense, provides care to almost 35,000 beneficiaries serving Soldiers, families and retirees in the El Paso Community.
