An initial evaluation is performed on a post-surgical upper extremity patient during the Occupational Therapy Clinic’s combined post-operative OT/Orthopedic hand clinic at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, March 24. The Occupational Therapy Clinic provides evaluation and comprehensive treatment programs designed to improve, sustain, or restore maximal functional independence in persons with physical, medical, or psychosocial needs. In recognition of Occupational Therapy month, which is celebrated each April, the clinic will host an open-house event on April 26, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the OT Clinic located on the second floor of WBAMC.
