    FORT BRAGG, N.C.-1st Lt. Thomas Brown, of the 3rd Battalion, 321st Field Artillery Regiment, low crawls under wire during the stress shoot event of the LTs Carloss-Eddy-Randall competition on March 16. The low crawl obstacle was one of three that the lieutenants were required to do before firing their weapons during the stress shoot. Brown was one of two lieutenants who were announced as the winners of the competition on March 17. 3rd Battalion, 321st Field Artillery Regiment, won the best unit award. (Photo by Sgt.
