Ssg. Raymond King (right), checks the T-rations he is preparing. The Cooks from the Wiesbaden Strong Teams Cafe Dining Facility (DFAC) brought a Mobile Kitchen Trailer (MKT) out to the Wackernheim Regional Range Facility on 30 March 2016 to feed the U.S. Army Europe Soldiers. The three cooks, (NCO Ssg. Raymond King, and Spc. Michelle Santiago-Lopez, and Spc. Kallan Clements) and one grill mechanic (Spc. Luke Wilson), set up the MKT, prepared the meals, fed the Soldiers, cleaned the MKT, and broke down the trailer to be used next time. After a long period of not being used, this is the first time the MKT has been set up to be used by the cooks for the Soldiers, it was a great opportunity for Ssg. King to teach the Soldiers how to get everything prepared, cleaned and put back together for another time and place. (U.S. Army Photo by Visual Information Specialist Dee Crawford/Released)
