Spc. Luke Wilson, Grill Mechanic, assists in breaking down the Mobile Kitchen Trailer (MKT). Four from Wiesbaden's Strong Teams Cafe Dining Facility set up the MKT, prepared the meals, fed the Soldiers, cleaned the MKT, and broke down the trailer while at the Wackernheim Regional Range Complex on 30 March 2016 in Wackernheim, Germany. After a long period of not being used, this is the first time the MKT has been set up to be used by the cooks for the Soldiers, it was a great opportunity for Ssg.
