Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, commander of the U.S. Army''s Training and Doctrine Command, spoke to members of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy Class 60, Feb. 9, 2010. He focused on leveraging technology to enable Soldiers to learn more and faster, and that those in the audience should see TRADOC as an applications store -- to help units prepare for their next mission. His number-one priority, however, was leader development. Hence his visit to USASMA: "Educating today's leaders for tomorrow."
