An AH-64D Apache attack helicopter is directed off the airfield Feb. 11 by Spc. Douglas Davis, from Fountain City, Ind., an Apache crew chief for Company C, 1st Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, U.S. Division-Center. Apache crew chiefs were given the chance to fly in the front seat of the aircraft as part as incentive program for above average performance.
