Firefighters from the Nebraska Air National rush to the scene to provide emergency medical treatment to victims of an accident during a major accident response exercise at the Nebraska National Guard air base, April 13, Lincoln, Neb. Members of the Nebraska Air and Army National Guard collaborated with multiple key community and state agencies during a major accident response exercise at the 155th Air Refueling Wing in preparation for the U.S. Navy Blue Angels arrival at the "Guardians of Freedom" air show, showcasing May 7-8. The purpose of the exercise is to establish interagency communication and familiarize civilian and military organizations to work together in a crisis.
