Maj. Gen. Anthony A. Cucolo, III, commanding general, 3rd Infantry Division, presents a member of the Combined Security Force and Soldier from Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd ID, with an award during the Combined Security Force Graduation Ceremony at the Kirkuk Training Center in Kirkuk, Iraq, Feb. 15. The CSF is a unit comprised of U.S., Kurdish and Iraqi personnel designed specifically to increase security during the election process.
