    NORFOLK (April 20, 2016) Five MH-53E Sea Dragons from Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron (HM) 14 fly over Naval Station Norfolk during a formation and training flight. This is the first time since 2006 that HM-14 has conducted a flight with five aircraft. HM-14, the “World Famous” Vanguard, maintain a worldwide 72-hour airbourne mine countermeasures (AMCM) rapid deployment posture, a two aircraft forward-deployed AMCM and vertical onboard delivery capability in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
