Petty Officer 1st Class Mike Salsman, a crew member from the Coast Guard Cutter Waesche, is reunited with his family after the Waesche arrives at its new homeport in Alameda, Calif., Feb. 28. The Waesche is the Coast Guard's newest cutter and is scheduled to be commissioned in May. Adm. Russell R.
