    Petty Officer 3rd Class Kaina Robinson is welcomed by Bay Area-based sea cadets after arriving at Coast Guard Island in Alameda, Calif., Feb. 28. Robinson was a crewmember aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Waesche's initial voyage to its new homeport at Coast Guard Island. The Waesche is the Coast Guard's second Legend Class cutter and is scheduled to be commissioned in May. Adm. Russell R.
