Lt. Gen. Carlton Everhart II, 18th Air Force commander, and Command Chief Master Sgt. Robert Rodewald, 18th Air Force command chief master sergeant, visited Travis AFB, Calif., June 2-3, 2015. During the visit, the leaders learned about the diverse missions of the 60th Air Mobility Wing, 349th AMW and the 621st Contingency Response Wing. During an all-call with more than 400 Airmen, Everhart and Rodewall emphasized the importance of developing expertise in one's job, balancing work and family life, and supporting fellow Airmen who look to them for leadership and guidance.
