North Carolina National Guard’s Headquarters Company, 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team, Headquarters Company, 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 252nd Armored Regiment and Alpha Company, 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 252nd Armored Regiment units have returned home after completing their deployment in support of the Kosovo Force (KFOR), a North Atlantic Treaty Organization that leads an international peacekeeping force in Kosovo. While deployed to Kosovo, these Soldiers contributed to a secure environment, ensured public safety and order by coordinating the international humanitarian effort.
