The Los Angeles District returned to the City of Torrance to participate in its 57th Annual Armed Forces Day Celebration here May 21.
District's Deputy Commander, Lt. Col. Dennis Sugrue, gives a high-five to a spectator along the route. The group carried the District's banner, followed by the District's safety office and Bobber the Water Safety Dog, and the ECCV along the two-mile parade route.
