    Spc. Spencer Rice, Carpentry and Masonry Specialist and Sgt. Timothy Little, Electrician, both with the 166th Engineer Company, Winfield, Ala., Alabama Army National Guard, listen to instructions on how to use an automatic level on May 23, 2016 in Cincu, Romania. Sgt. 1st Class Terry Glover, quality control, 194th Civil Engineer Battalion, Tennessee Army National Guard, taught proper handing and use during his construction safety and proper procedures class. They are part of Resolute Castle 16 which is a multinational training and infrastructure improvement mission with both U.S. Army forces and NATO allies working hand-in-hand to build strong partnerships while improving infrastructure and training Soldiers.
