DILI, Timor Leste (May 18, 2016) - Steelworker 3rd Class Joshua Schmidt (left) from Belmont, New York, and Builder 1st Class (SCW) Bryan Whitsitt (right) from Newbury Park, California, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, remove fallen leaves from the concrete’s wet surface and use a mechanical concrete trowel on the concrete pad for the Manleuana Primary School project in Dili, Timor Leste.
