EAST CHINA SEA (Jun. 7, 2016) – Sailors aboard a rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB), attached to the guided-missile destroyer USS Decatur (DDG 73), conduct a passenger transfer aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Momsen (DDG 92). The destroyers USS Spruance (DDG 111), Decatur and Momsen are deployed as part of a U.S. 3rd Fleet Pacific Surface Action Group (PAC SAG) under CDS-31.
