Sgt. Harold S. Johnson performs a kettlebell swing while competing in a High Intensity Tactical Training competition June 17 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Marines battled to see who could get the best time on three challenging events, which consisted of exercises such as kneeling power ball throws, kettlebell carries and burpees. The top male and female participants from the competition will travel to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California to compete in the HITT Championship to claim the title “Ultimate Tactical Athlete.” Johnson is a combat videographer with Headquarters and Service Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific-Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, Japan.
