U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Isaac Mayo, arrives at Montego Bay, Jamaica in preparation for Tradewinds 2016 on June 18, 2016. Tradewinds is an opportunity for the participating partner nations to come together to enhance regional maritime security. The maritime portion of the exercise focuses on building participating nation capacity of the Caribbean Community’s maritime forces in maritime related security operations in cooperation with U.S., British, Mexican and Canadian Forces.
