U.S. Army Maj. Gary Farley, chairman of the Iraqi Scouting program in Baghdad walks hand-in-hand with a young girl during a two-day, semi-annual scouting camp-out where children are taught a wide variety of activities to include fishing, chess, bowling, arts and crafts and soccer on the Victory Base Complex, Baghdad, Iraq, April 2. The Victory Base Council is a group of volunteers stationed on the VBC that started and support scouting in the areas around Camp Victory.
