U.S. Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Jerry Woller, United States Forces-Iraq, Information Operations, Combat Camera, shows a young scout the view through his Nikon D700 during the two-day, semi-annual scouting camp-out where the children are taught a wide variety of activities to include fishing, chess, bowling, arts and crafts, and soccer on the Victory Base Complex, Baghdad, Iraq, April 2. The Victory Base Council is a group of volunteers stationed on the VBC that started and support scouting in the areas around Camp Victory.
