MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII – Duran Jofer, one of the participants in the Warrior Golf Clinic, and a Los Angeles, Calif., native, hits a golf ball out of a sand pit during the last session of the program at the Kaneohe Klipper Golf Course aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii, June 18, 2016. Warrior Golf Clinics are designed for wounded and injured service members who are in the midst of their recovery and transition from hospital to home-life or back to active duty. This free program strives to promote camaraderie among the participants and encourage family centered activities. After completing the program, service members are given a set of custom fitted golf clubs to continue their rehabilitation through the sport of golf. (U.S. Marine Corps Photo by Lance Cpl.
