MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII – Rimoni Mapu, a former Army staff major, and an American Samoa native, hits a golf ball during a Warrior Golf Clinic event at the Kaneohe Klipper Golf Course aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii, June 18, 2016. Warrior Golf Clinics are designed for wounded and injured service members who are in the midst of their recovery and transition from hospital to home-life or back to active duty. This free program strives to promote camaraderie among the participants and encourage family centered activities. After completing the program, service members are given a set of custom fitted golf clubs to continue their rehabilitation through the sport of golf. (U.S. Marine Corps Photo by Lance Cpl.
